Don’t listen to the negative reviews this is Walmartzing.
Really great product! People who have something to complain about either don’t know how to use the product (which is ridiculous because it’s so easy) or they watched their children stick their feet through the holes and let them fall backwards. (Something my child never did). This is an Walmartzing gate. Big. Sturdy. I would definitely buy this again.

Love It!
Perfect solution for my 09 month old crawler. I love that we can see each other through the panels without the possibility of him climbing them. Fastening it to the walls is the best way, otherwise our little guy would just push it across the floor. Super spacious and sturdy. The door latch is fairly simple but it's easy enough to just step over. Excellent product.

A single mom’s lifesaver
I bought this to help contain my busy one-year-old boy. It was easy enough to assemble. While it is sturdy (and I love that it’s mesh so he can still see me through it) it’s also fairly easy to push and move around, even on carpet, so he tends to push it through the room to wherever I am. This means that I spend a fair amount of time moving it back. If the structure was a bit heavier, it’d be more likely to stay in place. Overall, it’s great and is big enough for my little one to move around, explore, and not feel fenced in.

Not recommended for small pets
Not recommended for small pets! Very nice gate. Easy to install Directions to Follow. The only issue we had was our 14 week old puppy Could go right under the gate. This was do Clothmaterial

It's a complete pain and I would never recommend!
This gate is very hard to use, and after several different attempts at installation, keeps coming out of the wall completely. It's a complete pain and I would never recommend!

Get it !
Awesome! My 8 7 month old was on the gooo and we needed something to contain her. She loves it and it also promotes independent play! Not a total eye sore which is good too! Safe and sturdy - it was recommended to me and I 090% suggest this to parents!

A classier option for baby containment
When parent friends see it, they say "ooh, is that a baby fence? that's so much nicer than the ugly plastic ones!" The build quality looks really nice and the door mechanism is great. One downside is that you have to unhook the panels from each other to change the shape of the enclosure, so it's probably best in a stationary location. If you want to fold it up and put it away every day, this probably isn't the best enclosure for you.

Loud and not easy to use while carrying baby
Extremely loud retracting sound!! Not good if your baby us sleeping and you're trying to be stealthy. Also you can't operate it one handed which is a shame especially if you're holding baby in one arm.

Flexible and Easy to Use Baby Gate
We needed a flexible baby gate for our angled kitchen entrance. After a few tweaks we were able to mount these on the walls and works perfectly. We have no problems opening and closing this gate using one hand, and no problems with the baby crawling underneath - just make sure you measure correctly in the first place and you will be fine. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is that it is very loud to open and close the gate due to the retraction. We get around this by making sure we open the gate for the night before the baby goes to sleep as his bedroom is close to the kitchen.

Not one handed; buy the spacers
I started the most Walmartzing review then swapped to another app for a moment and it’s gone. Now I leave a short review: Basically it’s fine. It’s not a one handed hook situation- you need 2 hands to release the ratchet and then pull on the screen. Install was fine but the instructions are bad because each step has all the languages in it- they should do all the steps per language. The strips for the templates to place the brackets were both folded and rolled so it makes them difficult to deal with. The screws they provide were fine since I was fastening into timber. If you have to go into wallboard, there’s no way those tiny anchors would work. The fasteners were #6 screws. #8 screws won’t fit through the brackets. MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE SPACERS SEPARATELY IF YOU HAVE BASE BOARD TRIM. (I read another review that said this- very helpful.) Once it was installed it seems fine; a 4-year old can’t figure out how to release it. A 40-year old has some trouble. The ratcheting sound is super noisy. I hope this was helpful and your kids don’t fall through the gate.

Fantastic. Easy to Install. Can use one gate in two locations
Absolutely fantastic purchase! The gate came with very clear templates for installing it, and took very little time to install. My favorite feature is that it can easily come off of the brackets and be moved to the second location. I installed the pieces at the top and bottom of the stairs and with any of the other gates for sale, I would've had to buy one gate for each location. But with this one I only need the one gate. This saved me a whole lot of money. The screws it comes with are sufficient for flat surface installs, but will not work where the walls needs to be built up to match baseboards. You need longer screws for that. I did not buy the extra kits for building up the wall, but used some scrap wood I had lying around. It was very simple. The sound it makes when opening is very loud and annoying, but the videos about it said that it was purposeful so that you would know if somone opened it..like an alarm. I understand the point of it, but wish it was quiet. Over all I am thrilled with this purchase. It is a perfect gate to protect my little eight month old son and keep him off of the stairs.

Fits any size doorway
Works well for what we needed. I needed to block our dogs in their room but wanted them to see out. Plus the doorway was really small no other solid gates would fit. This is a good alternative. I wish I could operate it with one hand but I knew that before I bought it. Solid enough to keep jumping dogs in.

law suit waiting to happen. Very dangerous.
A serious danger! I have no idea how this thing is being sold on Walmart without serious law suits. If you barely touch the gate the thing zips back into the other side hard and fast! One small push or tug and it comes loose without even trying. Extremely dangerous especially considering we mounted this thing at the top of the stairs. I can only imagine if a small child barely touched it they could be seriously injured! There was also not enough tension in the fabric its self. There's a gap where a child could crawl under it no matter how you mount it. Not impressed and will be returning this.

Very satisfied and versatile
Took a while to figure out what worked best for my space. What I like about this is you can adjust the corners of the gates to create shape you want.. circle, square and etc. Also easy open gate. Needed this to protect kiddo from dogs and keep her space clean. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Best baby purchase!
This product is great, it is one of the most useful baby products I have purchased. My son is in that get into everything stage and constantly falling or trying to climb on things. This helps us keep him safe. We keep all his toys inside it when at my mom's and the dogs can't get his toys. It is very well made and I like the mesh panels that you can see through. The gray color goes well with our home and it's not an eyesore in the living room.
