Stopped working after a few months
Loved it until it just stopped working. Can’t figure out how to get in touch with the seller about a replacement so a waste of $25

Burned out
Absolutely loved this, but less than 7 months later the touch part has shorted out and then shorted the rest of the lamp out. I had bought 2 of these and it has happened to both.

Loved* it
Loved this warmer, haven’t had it long, but it randomly busted, light still on but sensor broken. Originally gave an awesome review but that was pretty freaky… pretty bummed out Update: Repurchased. Needs super special bulbs, is very vague about what exactly it takes as I’d ordered the bulbs specifically for the lamp. Not too stoked. Buyer beware and ***get the 3 year warranty***

Great service and product
Lovely product, sadly mine was damaged in transit, however the seller was great in dealing with the issue. I sent a photo of the damage and they sent a replacement immediately and I did have to go to the hassle of returning. Great product and service, thank you

The light is so bright it's doesn't melt wax if it's not on the brightest setting

Holds very little wax.
Very pretty but with one wax cube it completely filled the top and the glass top barely fits on top of the warmer. Could not place 2 cubes in this warmer it would over flow for sure. Item came used when I ordered new.

Works well as a mini lamp.
The warmer is gorgeous however, it does not warm wax the way it should. Which ever wax scent I put in there is no smell.

Easy to spill
I bought one as a gift and had to have one for Myself as well. It’s definitely a good lamp with 3 levels of brightness but it is extremely easy to bump the wax holder and spill it down the lamp and everywhere.

Lightbulb
Lightbulb that came with the warmer did not work. Make sure you have one on hand if you want to use it when you get it just in case.

Glass top
The glass top where you put wax is smaller than pictured, i only can fit one cube..my mom got the same warmer and hers is a-lot bigger and fits better on the top mine dont stay on good. I dont know why they are different.

It’s absolutely beautiful! But only three stars because it started smoking a few weeks after I got it.

Bright
Very brught- it's more of a sliver bright . It's nice,could be used in a master bathroom as night light.
