High Quality
I'm glad I purchased this set after reading the positive reviews. I really like the weight and that it is matte black. The only thing is there is a very little area on the soap dispenser at the bottom where the black (paint? don't know what it is) is chipped off. I probably won't use it, so I am keeping the set. I hate to think of the entire set being thrown out for one flaw. Otherwise, I love this set.

The soap dispenser doesn’t work. I’ve tried cleaning it and pumping to see if it grabs suction I
Overall it’s a beautiful set just wish the soap dispenser actually worked. It falls apart having to put another bottle and makes the whole set useless

Pretty neat set i don’t have any complaints, my q tips fit perfectly as i saw that was an issue for some people. may just be hit or miss with that lol and depending on the q tips you have

Wonderful set, q-tips don’t fit.
Overall this is a really really bathroom nice set! The color is perfect, it looks and feels nice. It was packaged very very well. The cup was missing a foot, but the company included 4 extra sticky feet which was really nice! The only reason I took off one star is the q-tip holder. When it is full the lid doesn’t close and given that there were so many comments from the company saying they would fit (this was a big reason I bought this set) I was disappointed when they didn’t.Otherwise I am super happy with the set. Everything else is great and feels like good quality.

I absolutely love this set! It is exactly what I was looking for and hoped that it would be. The Matte matches with my bathroom tissue holder & my Kleenex tissue box. It’s perfect!! The only problem (not a big deal, really) is that it arrived with one of the rubber pieces missing on the bottom of the q~tip holder. Again, no big deal but I do have to position it just right so that it doesn’t lean to the side. But the product was certainly worth the money. I highly recommend!!

Used for a month & chipping.
We've had this in our bathroom for about a month and I noticed it's already flaking. I loved the look of it but feel it should have held up longer than a month. This photo is actually from a a couple weeks ago, there's more flaking on it now.Everything else is holding up fine for now and looks great in our bathroom.

Kinda pricey for bathroom items but quality is not wow. Mixed feelings
Appearance wise I’m pleased with the products, I’ve attached a few photos here. They are simple and sleek. The matte black also really compliments my bathroom hardwares. However there are a few things that bother me. First of all the products are kinda heavy, I had to carry the whole box they came in with to the bathroom. Second of all I have to clean them often if I want that matte black sheen.I’ve seen another reviewer talked about the crystallisation inside the soap dispenser, which is really just ugly walling (I make resin art so these are just dried clumps, not an issue but just ugly, they should have made it better), but it doesn’t bother me as much as the large toothbrush holder with the partition in the middle… like why. I feel like I can fit more stuff inside if that partition had not been there, that would have been more bang for my buck. I don’t recommend these products if these things bother you.

Don’t but if you use water
Great for display or guest bathroom but not for daily. If you get a single drop of water on any of these pieces it dries and looks really bad. Obviously they can be wiped off and look alright but the matte finish is not water friendly. Pretty disappointed ngl

soap pump dispenser not of same quality of other items
I was pleased with the elegant looking set however after approximately two months i noticed that the color on the soap dispenser begin to fade. As previously mentioned by another reviewer, there seems to be some chemical reaction between the soap product placed into the dispenser and the inside of the dispenser. I begin to notice that crystal-like pieces were inside of dispenser, do know what exactly is going on however I've never had this problem before with any other soap dispenser.This is concerning as it could be an health issue, so will be looking for another plain hard resin dispenser.I do not recommend this set until manufacturers address problem with the soap dispenser.

Only disappointment was soap dispenser, otherwise good product
These look very nice and have some weight to them which was pleasantly surprising, and all of my other pieces were just as pictured and nice, HOWEVER the inside of my soap dispenser is like…… unpolished resin chaos and unusable. I’m not sure it’s safe to put any product inside of it since the white uncoated resin is crystallized inside 😢 The other pieces are matte black and perfect but this one got forgotten about inside

Beautiful but…
So this product is so beautiful. I absolutely loved it when I got it. It looks expensive and it came in such a cute package I thought I got the thing.But…. after a week of being in heaven with my new bathroom addition the soap tray the paint started to bubble up and peel with very little use of water in it. I was soooo sad 😭😭😭 In a way I wish they sold the items separately tooSo i do recommend it. It is a beautiful matte black and simple shape, but you must be aware that water or liquids may damage it

Nice but somewhat disappointing hoping they’ll help!
Like but going to contact customer service. I opened and put all of my soaps and cotton balls and q tips on toothbrushes to realize the toothbrush holder is missing a peg on the bottom so it wabbles and lopsided 😳😬😫

Already chipped and damaged
After only 2 months of using these in my bathroom, almost every pieces has broken. The bottom paddings have broken and my soap dispense tips over. The soap dish is all chipped and looks horrible. It obviously isn't made to be in a bathroom. I am very disappointing. These are bad quality products. I do not recommend.
