      Don’t
      I don’t know what possessed me to even look twice at this thing. It is not my taste at all. And it did not disappoint. Cheap and cheesy. Look at something more modern. And appealing.

      Love this ceramic wax burner
      This is a very pretty simple machine. I do not use it to melt wax but instead I put some water and essential oil in it and it still works well. It glows when you turn it on and it feels very soothing and warming. The white ceramic colour brings you a sense of purity when you turn it on. It is a good way to destress when looking at the glow.

      Customer Service is excellent
      I had an issue with one of the 2 wax melt warmers that I purchased and the seller is sending a replacement immediately.They also requested that I let them know that the replacement is working well.The customer service from this seller is excellent. I love the wax melt warmer.It is beautiful.

      Beautiful! Great customer service
      The product seems great in every aspect, but within just a few days of light use the bulb blew :( I read other reviews that mentioned a replacement bulb but I did not receive one. I’m really disappointed as it was perfect otherwise. UPDATE: customer service contacted me, and sent a brand new unit free of charge! I've been using the new one for a few days now and it's working perfectly :) Very happy with my choice of seller

      Can not get a bulb to melt the wax
      The only problem is that one you use the two bulbs provided I couldn’t find any bulb that would melt the wax so unable to use it again!
